1 Bar Bell Complex 95/65
400 m Run

Notes:1 Bar Bell Complex = 6 Deadlift, 6 Hang Squat Cleans, 6 Front Squats, 6 Push Press, 6 Back Squats, with out setting down the bar if you set the bar down in the middle of the set you must start back to deadlifts.

Real Fitness Crossfit 
I’ve stalked Real Fitness’ website at http://www.realfitnessgroup.com/naples/ for weeks of “research.” I had no idea what I’d be in for, or what their box would be like. I just knew I’d be learning lots of new moves like “Skin the cat” 

I felt right at home, from ridiculously loud music to lots of row machines to a front desk, and of course tons of Crossfit equipment. Even the people seemed familiar, there was lots of spandex, nervous faces, and a few that looked like they could pummel me immediately. 
I’m looking forward to tomorrow where maybe I won’t drag soooo much! .
